Workshop Cancellation / Refund Policies
Advance registration deadline is four business days prior to the workshop start date. Registrations made to the CASBO office by telephone, fax, mail or online are all considered official workshop registrations for which the following workshop policies will apply. The cancellation and substitutions policy is effective 24 hours after workshop registrations are received by CASBO. * CASBO membership is held by individuals within the LEA, not the institution itself.
Cancellations: A $20 service fee will be retained for each workshop cancellation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN THE CASBO OFFICE WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED WORKSHOP.
CASBO Cancellations: CASBO reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient registration or inclement weather. In the case of insufficient numbers, all registrants will be notified. Decisions on weather related cancellations will be made by noon the day before the program. Weather cancellations will be posted at www.ColoradoASBO.org or call 720-427-6560
Refund Policies will be made available during the conference registration period for the Spring and Fall Conferences because it is date specific.
Sponsorship/Donations Return/Refund Policy
No returns. All donations and sponsorships are final and nonrefundable.
